Supervision for people working on a regular basis with people who have ASC is critical to the continuing success of the service.  We have offered weekly, monthly and quarterly supervision to both direct care and professional staff.  We also offer clinical supervision on an ‘as needed’ basis if that suits the staff better.

Clinical Supervision refers to providing an oversight to staff, from support workers through to highly qualified professional staff, who are involved in the day to day lives of people with autism. 
 

 
We have provided clinical supervision in order to get the best out of each staff member, and to work towards their own aims for doing their jobs even better.

 Clinical supervision is a requirement for many posts, and we are pleased to be able to offer such specialist supervision in groups or individually for people working in the field of autism.

 The basis for our supervision work is always Solution Focused Approaches, using our expertise in autism to work towards the preferred future of the individual staff member and the service as a whole.

The cost for supervision is £50.00 per hour plus 45 pence per mile travelling.
